We coat to the Henry 887 Tropi-Cool 100% silicone specification. Not an acrylic, not an elastomeric blend that thins out in the sun — 100% silicone.
It is a moisture-cure coating, which matters more than it sounds. Instead of drying on top of the roof, it pulls moisture out of the air and chemically bonds to the surface. That bond is what lets it sit through standing water without softening — the thing that kills most coatings on a flat trailer roof.
It meets ASTM D6694, the standard for silicone roof coatings, and it is built to hold its reflectivity as it ages rather than going dull and grey in a season.
