Pace has grown fast without losing its acreage — small horse properties, a trailer behind a lot of the houses, and the same Blackwater riding on the doorstep that Milton has. Most of those trailers live outdoors year round.
Pace and Milton are minutes apart, so they go on the same visit. If you and somebody down the road both book, that is a multi-trailer discount for each of you.
Room for the trailer is easy to find here. Shade for it is not. The roof takes the full day, every day.
Close enough to the coast that salt works on fasteners and seams faster than people expect. Sealing them is the cheap end of that problem.
