Bring us a trailer, or tell us the size you want and we will help you find one. We take
a horse trailer or an enclosed trailer down to the shell and build it back up as a working
business — a mobile bar, a coffee or food trailer, a podcast or photo studio, a retail or
merch unit, a mobile office.
Every part of it is yours to decide. Framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, flooring,
cabinetry, a pop-up serving door and a bar top, right through to the outside: paint, a full
wrap, or a hand-painted mural by a local artist. You end up with something nobody else has,
because nobody else has your trailer.
Payment: 30% deposit, 30% at the halfway point, balance on pick-up.
These are the builds people come to us for. If yours is not on the list, it is still a conversation worth having — the process is the same whatever goes inside.
Taps, ice wells, a bar top and a pop-up side that opens to a crowd. Weddings, events, breweries wanting a second location that drives itself.
Serving window, prep counters, sinks, hood and utilities, built to the standard your county inspector works to. Send us the requirements and we build to them.
Insulated and lined for sound, wired for gear, finished so it looks right on camera. A studio you can park anywhere.
Shelving, display lighting, a counter and a lock-up. Pop-up shops, markets, festivals, brand activations.
Power, climate, a desk and somewhere to sit down with a customer. Contractors, real estate, on-site sales.
Not every trailer needs to become something else. A sound older trailer with a tired interior can be stripped, re-insulated, re-floored and refinished for a fraction of what a new one costs.
What it is for, how you will use it, and what you want to spend. This is where we tell you if the trailer you have is the wrong one — better to hear it now than halfway through.
You supply it, or you tell us the size and layout you need and we help you source the right one before any money goes into a build.
A written scope and a real number before anything starts. No build begins on a handshake and a rough figure.
Conversions and restorations happen at our location, not in your driveway. Tow it in, or we can collect it and arrange transport for a fee.
Shell out, then framing, insulation, electrical and plumbing rough-in, floors, walls, fit-out and finish. A conversion runs 2 to 4 weeks, a full restoration 2 to 5. A further 30% falls due at the halfway point.
Paint, a full vinyl wrap, or a hand-painted mural by a local artist — the part that makes people stop and look at it. Then walked through, tested, and yours, with 12 months on workmanship behind it.
No. Plenty of people come to us with the idea before the trailer. Tell us the size and layout you need and we will help you find the right one — buying the wrong trailer first is the most expensive mistake in this whole process.
Yes, that is most of what we do. A horse trailer is already built tough, already road-rated and usually already has the height. Stripped back to the shell it makes a better business than a lot of purpose-built units.
A custom build is priced on the project. There is no per-foot number for it, because a bar with four taps and a studio lined for sound are not the same job in any way that a formula could capture. Tell us what you want and you get a written scope and a real number before anything starts.
A conversion runs 2 to 4 weeks. A full restoration runs 2 to 5 weeks, because what turns up once it is opened is not always what was expected. You get a date with the written quote.
A 30% deposit schedules the build and buys the materials. A further 30% is due at 50% completion, and the balance is due when you pick it up. You know the whole schedule before you commit, and it is on the written quote.
Yes — 12 months on workmanship. That covers a defect in what we built. It does not cover the trailer being a trailer: impacts, wrecks, kicks, lightning strikes and ordinary wear are not workmanship faults. If something we built is wrong, we put it right.
At our shop. Roof coating and insulation are mobile and we come to you, but a conversion or a restoration is a build — it needs to be under cover with power and tools around it. Drop the trailer off, or we can collect it and arrange transport for a fee.
Yes. We can pick it up or arrange transportation for a fee, quoted with the rest of the job so it is in the same written number.
We build to the standard. Your permits, inspections and approvals stay with you, because you are the one operating the business and every county reads the rules a little differently. Send us the requirements — or written direction from your inspector or health department — and we build to them. If you give us the spec, we will meet it.
Yes. We work with a local artist for hand-painted work. A wrap is cheaper and faster and can be changed later; a mural is one of a kind and photographs beautifully. Both look far better than a plain white trailer with a sticker on it.
Yes — that is our day job. Foil-faced panel and closed-cell over the aluminium framing, so the frame is not left as a heat path straight into the room. A conversion that cooks inside is a conversion nobody wants to work in.

A build is quoted, not calculated — every one is different. Send us the
idea, the trailer you have (or the size you want), and roughly what you want to spend, and
we will come back with a real scope and a real number in writing.
